Delivery Policy
All orders placed via Bizou Boutique are carefully hand picked, gift wrapped and sealed with a loving x
Bizou operates the following delivery policies on shipment:
All orders are delivered FREE of charge within the UK mainland.
All Bizou Boutique orders are sent via Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Your goods will be despatched the day you place your order and should arrive at your delivery address the following working day. Next Day guarantees your item is delivered next working day (providing you order before 2.00pm).
This applies on orders made Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. Orders made on a weekend cannot be processed until Monday. Therefore orders created on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched next working day (Monday) and be delivered before on Tuesday.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving, please allow 3 working days before contacting us at customerservice@bizouboutique.co.uk, we can then carry out an investigation with Royal Mail and keep you updated with any developments.
